Amir Saeed Iravani, Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN, sent a letter to the UN Secretary‑General and the President of the Security Council, calling for compensation from five regional states—Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan—for their participation in the U.S. and Israeli regime’s war against Iran.

The letter states that these five countries, through their “international wrongful acts,” have violated their legal obligations toward the Islamic Republic of Iran, and therefore, their international responsibility has been accomplished.
Accordingly, Iran is seeking “full reparation for all damages incurred,” announcing that such compensation must include payment for all material and moral losses resulting from these actions.
