According to a report by the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), the claim made by the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) regarding a vessel being struck southeast of Ras Al‑Hadd, Oman, pertains to an incident that took place on April 7.

According to the report, in that incident, two unidentified projectiles hit the vessel; no new ship has been targeted south of Oman.
