Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian criticized Trump for his hostility towards Iran, emphasizing that the American leader has no justification to deprive the Islamic Republic of its nuclear rights.

“Trump says Iran cannot make use of its nuclear rights but doesn’t say for what crime,” Pezeshkian said Sunday, adding “Who is he to deprive a nation of its rights?”
His comments come as the U.S. and Iran continue to disagree over nuclear issues.
Trump has claimed that Iran has agreed to work jointly with the United States to remove enriched uranium from Iran and bring it to the US.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei dismissed the claims, stressing, “Enriched uranium is as sacred to us as Iranian soil and will not be transferred anywhere under any circumstances.”
