Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh and an accompanying diplomatic delegation arrived at Beirut International Airport on Wednesday, where they were received by a delegation from the leadership of the Amal Movement.

The Amal delegation was headed by Khalil Hamdan, representative of Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, and Ali Moqdad, representative of Hezbollah, according to the Lebanese website Al-Nashra.
Hamdan conveyed the greetings of Berri and the Amal Movement leadership to the Iranian deputy foreign minister and welcomed him to Lebanon.
