The Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan discussed the latest developments related to the region and international issues during a telephone call.

Seyed Abbas Araghchi thanked his Pakistani counterpart for Pakistan’s strong support and stance at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, including its request for a vote, as well as its negative vote on the resolution on Iran.
The Iranian Foreign Minister also paid tribute to Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the government, and the people of this country.
