The Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Navy has arrived in New Delhi to attend the Indian Ocean Naval Symposium (IONS) summit, the “Milan 2026” naval exercise, and the International Fleet Review (IFR) program.

Held biennially at one of India’s major ports, the “Milan” exercise brings together naval forces from more than 70 countries. The 13th edition is scheduled to take place from February 18 to 25 in Visakhapatnam and the waters of the Bay of Bengal.
