Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN in New York, Amir Saeid Iravani, says the United States and Israel are deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure in Iran in breach of international humanitarian law, emphasizing that their actions constitute “a war crime” and “a blatant act of state terrorism.”
