Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Pakistani Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation to discuss the latest regional, international developments and bilateral relations.

The two top diplomats spoke on Saturday night, exchanging views on key issues affecting the region and broader international landscape.
Earlier in the day, Araghchi addressed Pakistan’s mediation efforts in a message posted on X, expressing Tehran’s appreciation. “We are deeply grateful to Pakistan for its efforts and have never refused to go to Islamabad,” he said.
He added, “What we care about are the terms of a conclusive and lasting END to the illegal war that is imposed on us.”
