Iran’s Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali urged Ukraine to stop its wrong positions against Iran and do not stand with the aggressors to the Iranian territory.

Speaking to Russia’s News.ru website on Saturday, Jalali said that the Ukrainian officials are actually seeking to receive more financial support from the US and Persian Gulf Arab governments.
He added that Ukraine’s capabilities to counter missile and drone attacks are insignificant.
The ambassador, however, noted that Iran has no problem with the Ukrainian people.
Asked whether Iran now considers Ukraine as a legitimate target, Jalali said that Iran’s official positions are determined by the country’s foreign policy officials and they have not made any such remarks about Ukraine and have always supported a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian crisis.
