Senior diplomats from Iran and Turkey held a meeting to exchange views on the latest developments in West Asia, and review bilateral relations.

Saeed Khatibzadeh, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, met with his Turkish counterpart, Musa Kulaklıkaya, on the sidelines of the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026).
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral ties and stressed the continuation of political consultations and cooperation across various sectors.
The discussions also focused on regional issues, particularly the recent developments resulting from the U.S.-Israeli military aggressions against Iran.
The diplomats underlined the importance of maintaining regional stability and coordination between Tehran and Ankara in managing the current geopolitical challenges.
