Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and his Gambian counterpart Mamadou Tangara emphasized the expansion of friendly relations between the two countries in all fields of mutual interest.

During a phone conversation on Tuesday, Araghchi congratulated the holy month of Ramadan to the Foreign Minister, the Government, and the people of Gambia.
He expressed Iran’s readiness to develop bilateral relations, as well as coordinate positions at the level of international organizations.
Meanwhile, Mamadou Tangara congratulated the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan to Araghchi, the Government, and the people of Iran.
He underlined his government’s determination to expand friendly relations between the two countries.
The two sides reviewed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, as well as regional and international developments.
