Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has appreciated Armenia’s support for the Iranian government and people.

The Armenian government and people support for the people of Iran with regard to transporting Iranians and providing humanitarian aid is worthy of great appreciation, Araghchi wrote on his X account on Sunday.
The centuries-old bond between Iran and Armenia once again demonstrated its strength in difficult times, and these brotherly measures will remain in the memory of the Iranian people, he added.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had expressed deep sorrow over US-Israeli attacks on civilians in Iran and conveyed condolences during a phone call with his Iranian counterpart.
He also conveyed the condolences and sympathy of the Armenian government and people over the martyrdom of Iran’s Leader, senior officials, and citizens.
