The Egyptian Foreign Ministry announced that the Foreign Minister of Egypt Badr Abdelatty conducted a series of separate phone calls within the framework of diplomatic consultations to contain tensions and advance a political solution regarding Iran’s nuclear dossier.

In this context, Abdelatty spoke with the Foreign Ministers of Oman and Iran, as well as Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and Steve Witkoff, the U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East.
These consultations aim to ease current tensions, and reinforce the path toward a mutually acceptable agreement among all parties.
