The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) spokesperson warned that Iran will respond forcefully to any military aggression, saying the country will deliver a powerful response if the US attacks any target in Iran.

Speaking to Qatar’s Al Araby TV network, Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi referred to US threats of military action against Iranian facilities and said he would not offer a definitive view on speculation surrounding Mount Kolang, but stressed that any US attack on Iranian territory would draw a forceful response.
If the US intends to attack any point in Iran, whether Mount Kolang or elsewhere, the IRGC will respond with “full force”, he warned.
The spokesman also alluded to recent publicity by the US military regarding the alleged rescue of American pilots in Iran, which many analysts have described as a Hollywood-style stunt. “We are not into Hollywood publicity, and we do not disclose our military secrets,” he said, stressing that Iran’s defensive capabilities are demonstrated “on the battlefield, not in the media.”
Mohebbi said Iran has already demonstrated its capabilities during the previous 40-day and 12-day wars, stressing that the US would never be able to achieve its objectives in the face of Iran’s determination to defend itself.
At the same time, the IRGC spokesman said Iran does not reject diplomacy by any means.
He stressed, however, that even within the framework of diplomacy, Iran would set the terms of engagement, saying, “It is we who impose our conditions and demands on the enemy.”
