Iran\u2019s Armed Forces Chief of Staff Major General Ali Abdollahi has outlined five principles for peace and security in West Asia, including an end to conflicts, sanctions relief, and new regional security arrangements.<\/p>\n
Tehran-IranView24<\/strong><\/p>\n Abdollahi issued the message for November 4, the National Day of the Fight against Global Arrogance. He cited Imam Khomeini\u2019s 1964 exile, the 1978 student killings, and the 1979 US embassy (Den of Espionage) takeover.<\/p>\n Abdollahi said US hostility had continued since the 1953 coup, citing support for former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein during the eight-year Iraqi invasion of Iran, backing for anti-Iran groups, nuclear scientist assassinations, sanctions, the killing of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, and US participation alongside the Israeli regime in the 12-day and 40-day wars in 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n He said these conflicts led to the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, commanders, fighters, and civilians, including children.<\/p>\n He added that Iran had moved from defense and crisis management toward shaping regional order.
