The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) reiterated the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program, condemning the U.S. and Israel for launching attacks on the facilities vital for civilian needs.

Tehran – IranView24

The AEOI, in a message posted on its X account on Monday night, referred to the recent American-Israeli terrorist regimes’ attack on the Ardakan yellow cake plant in Yazd, calling it a blatant violation of the immunity of peaceful nuclear sites and a direct assault on the fuel supply chain for reactors and nuclear medicine development.

The organization continued in its message, emphasizing that Iran’s nuclear technology is in the service of peace and humanity, a path that will never be halted by dropping bombs.

In the continuation of their illegitimate war of aggression, the US and Israel have repeatedly targeted Iranian nuclear facilities, including the power plant in Bushehr, the Natanz enrichment complex in Isfahan, the Ardakan yellow cake plant in Yazd, and the Khondab heavy water complex in Arak.

Attacks on the sites under the monitoring of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have continued despite repeated warnings from Iranian and international experts about the risk posed to the region by any attack on the plant that is operational and contains significant quantities of radioactive materials.

The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) reiterated the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program, condemning the U.S. and Israel for launching attacks on the facilities vital for civilian needs.
