Qatar\u2019s Foreign Ministry said the country\u2019s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, has stressed the need to reduce regional tensions during a meeting in Tehran with Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran\u2019s Supreme National Security Council.<\/p>\n
Tehran – IranView24<\/strong><\/p>\n In a statement on Saturday, the ministry said Jassim Al-Thani underscored the need to support peaceful solutions and prevent the consequences of military conflict from being imposed on the people of the region.<\/p>\n The meeting was held with the aim of reviewing ways to de-escalate tensions in West Asia.
