Abbas Moqtadaei, Second Deputy Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stated that uranium enrichment is Iran’s red line.

Moqtadaei noted, “Zero‑level enrichment is a red line we will never accept, but beyond that, it can be discussed in proportion to our country’s needs and the exchange taking place through negotiations.”
“We have emphasized that we do not seek war — yet it is clear that if the other side fails to act with civility or commits an error, it will not go unanswered,” he stressed.
“Foreign actors must understand that if they have come here, colloquially speaking, they should pack up and leave,” Moqtadaei added.
