Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty discussed the latest developments surrounding Iran’s nuclear program in a telephone call with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

In a statement, Egypt’s Foreign Ministry said the conversation focused on possible pathways to resuming dialogue and ongoing efforts to de-escalate regional tensions.
Both sides also underscored the need to contain the current tense atmosphere and stressed the importance of restraint across the region.
