Chairman of the Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi says the Islamic Republic is fully prepared to confront and give a revengeful blow to the enemy, in case of any military mischief against the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

General Mousavi issued the warning during an inspection of the combat readiness of one of the armed forces units on Sunday night.
Stating that the escalation in the region will have grave consequences for the US and its allies, he emphasized that the Iranian forces only think of victory, without any fear of the enemy’s rumbling and apparent arrogance.
According to him, the Iranian nation, with its firmness against America’s arrogant and aggressive nature has inflicted successive defeats on the aggressor, including in the recent complex, multifaceted and terrorist war launched by the US and the Israeli regime.
The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces noted that Iran has proven over 47 years that it cannot be swallowed and suffocated, adding that those who have been blowing the trumpet for several months and promoting the proposition of a “weak Iran” are now forced to either retract their words or receive a slap from Iranian power.
He also hailed the Iranian people and security forces for thwarting the twenty-year Deash-type plan of the United States and Israel, warning that the enemies, especially the US, should know that the motivation of Iranian armed forces has never been the same as it is today and that the slightest mistake will open their hands to action.
A powerful and vast Iran is an unencumbered country, and its action, relying on the resilient nation and the powerful and prepared armed forces, will be swift, decisive, and free from US calculations, General Mousavi added.
