Expressing Ankara’s opposition to any military intervention against Iran, Erdogan stated that Turkey is ready to mediate between Tehran and Washington to help reduce tensions. He added that in this context, Turkey will continue consultations with regional countries, including Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
