According to Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi will visit to India and participate in the BRICS summit.

In an interview with India Today Global on Tuesday, Esmaeil Baqaei said that Iran and India are both members of BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and have a good level of cooperation and coordination in both organizations.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson noted that Iran looks forward to bilateral meetings with other Ministers, including the Indian Foreign Minister, participating in this event.
In response to the US threats of a ground attack and Iran’s response to these threats, he said with certainty that the Armed Forces of Iran are ready for any scenario, adding that anyone who dares to set foot on Iranian soil will be severely punished.
