Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says the repeated U.S.-Israeli attacks against Iran’s nuclear facilities expose not only the country, but also the entire region, to the risk of radioactive contamination which would lead to grave humanitarian and environmental consequences.

Araghchi issued the warning in a letter addressed to the UN secretary general, member states of the UN Security Council, and the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
