In an issued statement, during its regular meeting, the coalition called on both sides to utilize the positive atmosphere of the recent Geneva talks between Tehran and Washington, stressing that war would only lead to greater complications.
The Coordination Framework also stressed Iraq’s commitment to international resolutions—particularly UN Security Council Resolution 833—and establishing strong relations with all nations, especially neighboring states.
