Speaking to reporters, Naeini said the enemy had sought to undermine the government’s decision-making power since June 13, but “through the prudence and wisdom of the Supreme Leader, their plans were thwarted one by one.”

He added that the adversary attempted to create economic dissatisfaction through protests and new sanctions, aiming to incite internal chaos. “But the people’s hearts are firmly with the divine leadership, and this plot also failed,” he said.

Referring to the events of January 8, Naeini asserted that foreign intelligence services from more than 50 countries participated directly or indirectly, with the ultimate goal of overthrowing the Islamic system. “However, the vigilance of the people and the strength of the system led to the complete failure of this project,” he said.

He also highlighted Iran’s military deterrence, recalling Operation “True Promise,” during which more than 300 aircraft in the region attempted to intercept Iranian missiles. Despite deploying hundreds of planes and air defense systems, the adversaries reportedly became confused and helpless, eventually requesting a halt to confrontations.

Naeini cited the massive public turnout during the Eid al-Ghadir celebrations, January 11 demonstrations, and the February 11 anniversary march as evidence of the people’s deep connection to the revolution.

He said exaggerating military threats and propagandistic troop movements by the enemy are intended to disrupt social stability, but the Iranian nation has a history of resisting and defeating external adversaries on a global scale.

Concluding, Naeini emphasized: “After 47 years of steadfastness, the Islamic Republic of Iran has achieved strategic power and, relying on faith, national unity, and wise leadership, will continue the path of Imam Khomeini, Iran’s late supreme leader, with strength and without interruption.”
