Sardar Vahidi stated: “We must not fall into this trap, and the country’s activities should not be influenced in any way by these operations.”
On the presence of the U.S. carrier strike group in the region, Sardar Vahidi said: “The deployment of these carrier strike groups in the region is not new, and we consider it part of the enemy’s psychological operations, which should not be paid attention to.”
He added: “The armed forces’ readiness is excellent and far higher than during the 12-day Sacred Defense period. All enemy movements are fully monitored and under our control.”
Concluding, Vahidi said: “It is unlikely that our enemies will again act recklessly and repeat past tests. They have already witnessed their failures in previous plots. Therefore, beyond this psychological narrative, all country’s activities must continue strongly and effectively.”
